I swear I was there for four months, but today, after going to dinner with a friend I was drunk and on the way home - alone - I thought I’d give it a go, the Electric room - no time to get off the ramp, I found myself in front of the golden boy. And for about three weeks that aspect send me answers to the interview that you can read on this page and the first thing he told me was "Thanks God I sent you the answers before you met me tonight" and then "Let’s go to drink".  Q: Hi RJ, how are you, what are you doing right now?
A: Sitting in my new apartment with my sister listening to Ray Charles
 Q: You are one of the first models that I know that have initiated the trend of what we call the slashers.
A: It wasn’t planned and I never thought of it as a shortcut to possible success. I had social media accounts as many other people do. As I posted photo and wrote about my day to day life something happened and the next thing you know I have amazing people supporting me from all over the world.
 Q: You had a tv role on a major tv show.
A: I guess it has made my face and name more mainstream, but to a completely different fan base. Most people who have seen the show are not following who the model is in the latest Prada campaign. It helped me attain an audience that would have typically been more difficult for me to tap into.
 Q: Modelling business has dramatically changed from 5 years ago to now. As we said before it’s not only being a model but about bringing something else to the table. Social medias are a huge part of this process how do you approach them.
A: I don’t see the number of my Instagram followers as the ‘something else I bring to the table’. I hope that I bring something more and that whatever it is explains my success thus far.
 Q: What would you if you were given the opportunity to just take everything you did till now and condense it in some kind of dream/job. What comes to your mind?
A: That’s a hard question for me to answer at this time because I feel like I’m living my dream right now. I’m very open minded to opportunities though so I’m excited to see where life takes me.
 Q: Define your life as if it was a piece of clothing what piece would it be and why?
A: A white t-shirt. Because whenever I wear one I can wake up the next day and reminisce on the previous day by looking at the stains.
 Q: Is a sex drugs and rock’roll lifestyle still contemporary?
A: I think today it’s sex, drugs and dub-step.
 Q: Last thing you learned, next one you’d like to learn?
A: That my friend think my shoes are ugly. The piano.
 Q: Who was the most inspiring to you at first glance?
A: Phillip Lim. He is so dedicated to his work and he is a true artist of his craft. An unbelievable friend who is unaffected by an industry that he reigns in. He’s an inspiration.
 Q: What’s your plan b? Do you even care about having one?
A: I haven’t made up my mind 100%.
 Q: Teach us something useful. Anything.
A: Friends are plentiful but best friends are rare. Know the difference.
 Q: What is your greatest achievement?
A: Making my parents happy. I know it’s cheesy, but when they’re happy I’m happy

A: Hello, I’m eating cherries.
 Q: I feel like your persona is such a distilled presence of what is contemporary right now. Don’t you think you are somehow an anticipation, a precursor of this reality?
A: As long as we live in a class system the bourgeoisie will keep divisions in place making that kind of reality impossible to achieve.
 Q: What would you do if you were given the opportunity to just take everything you did till now and condense it in some kind of dream/job? What comes to your mind?
A: A sex tape directed by Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel.
 Q: In life: do you like to confuse or reassure?
A: I confuse without any effort and then I have to spend a lot of time reassuring.
 Q: What is your relationship with beauty.
A: I see beauty as something that should be explored, de-constructed and constructed in so many different ways by art, we should stop chasing ideals and there should be no ideals. Ideals are simply there to sell products and services.
 Q: What would change in Glamourama of Bret Easton Ellis if he would have written it today?

A: I think today the relationship between the muse and the creator is less organic and more superficial, it’s hard to find another Dali+Amanda Lear. These days everything is much more commercialized. Muses are replaced quiet easily based on market trends.
 Q: What is the most beautiful thing you’ve ever seen?
A: The Adriatic and the Croatian coast when I was seven, and Sophia Loren.
 Q: What is your greatest obsession?
A: To be loved.
 Q: Which artist do you most admire and why?
A: Bob Dylan because his music was real and he used his art to expose the truth about the world and life
 Q: Teach us something useful. Anything.
A: Keep asking.
